Exprimer un souhait ou une volonté en anglais

- She wants chocolate = sujet + verb want + nom

- She doesn't want chocolate = sujet + auxiliaire "do" + négation + BV "want" + nom

- She wants Bob to eat chocolate = sujet + verbe "want" + sujet 2 + to + BV

- She doesn't want Bob to eat chocolate = sujet + auxiliaire "do" + négation + sujet 2 + "to" + BV

Exprimer son intention/sa volonté: “WANT”

Exercise : translate in English :

1)  Elle veut une glace. She wants ice-cream.

2)  Elle ne veut pas de fruits. She doesn’t want fruit.

3)  Il veut qu’elle chante. He wants her to sing.

4)  Elle ne veut pas qu’il range sa chambre.

She doesn’t want him to tidy his bedroom.
