è    Phrase affirmative:

The boys are playing football.

è    Phrase négative:

The boys aren’t helping the father.

è    Phrase interrogative:

Is Jennifer doing her homework?

è    Réponse courte:

-       Yes, she is.

-       No, she isn’t.

On utilise le présent be + ing pour:

-       Donner des informations en plus

-       Pour donner une justification/ explication

-       Donner son avis/sentiment

-       Décrire une action
