With your groups, we worked on survival and I thought you worked really well.

You had to make a list of priorities:

Brainstorming:

What do you need to survive in the Australian bush?

Our top/first priority is to find water because:

-       We don’t want to be dehydrated!

-       We need more water than food to survive.

Second, we need to make fire:

-       To cook our food

-       To keep warm at night.

To finish, pupils don’t agree / disagree on the third priority:

HOMEWORK: Monday, 3^rd (October):

-       To be protected from freezing and wild animals at night.

-       Others wanted to build a shelter: to be protected from the rain.

-       One group wanted to make a weapon: to kill animals (food).
