Its capital city is Canberra and its biggest city is Sydney.

Australia is both a country and a continent (Oceania).

It’s divided into six states.

In Australia, we can find typical animals such as the dingo, the emu and the wombat.

The “outback” is an arid (hot and dry) interior desert.

There is also the biggest monolith on Earth. Its name is Uluru or Ayers Rock. It is 318 meters high.

There is the Great Barrier Reef which is the longest coral reef in the world.

The most broadly spoken language is English.
