• Hello everyone,

Today, after correcting the end of our document (personality and tastes), we prepared a game about experience.

  • Hello everyone,

Today, we worked on grammar. We listened to parts of a conversation taken from House Hunters episodes.

In an answer, we discovered "'d like to".

    Here is your lesson:

    Monday, April 4th

    (the fourth)

    Exprimer un souhait

    WOULD LIKE (TO)”

    1) Phrases affirmatives:

    è     I would like a big garden.

è     I would like to have a big bedroom.

Have est une base verbale. Il   faut utiliser « to » devant les BV.

    A l’oral : on contracte « would » : I’d like a house.

    2) Phrases négatives:

    è     I wouldn’t like to have a small kitchen.

    3) Questions:

è     Would you like to have a big garden?

Would” est un auxiliaire, donc il se trouve au début de la question.

On ne prononce jamais le « l » de « would ». [wxd]
